By accessing and using SABA AI WhatsApp Assistant ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SABA is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that provides automated conversation management, lead generation, and scheduling services. The service is provided by IMJD Your Digital Media Partner.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Respect WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not use the service for spam or harassment
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of SABA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data to provide and improve our services while protecting your privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

SABA and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by IMJD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMJD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
